What is Jet Peel?
It’s a 100% natural revitalization technique that allows your skin to be treated both on the surface and in depth. It’s THE anti-aging treatment par excellence! How does Jet Peel work?
Using a patented handpiece, the unit propels a mixture of air and active ingredients in the form of microscopic droplets at supersonic speed, without any contact with the skin. Under this high pressure, the skin’s pores open up, allowing the selected active ingredient to penetrate the deeper layers of the skin.
Depending on the protocol and the desired result, we use different active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid to volumize and hydrate the skin, glycolic acid in different concentrations or mandelic acid for peeling, as well as various formulas enriched with vitamins, minerals and nutrients for skin elasticity, radiance and beauty.
To find out more: the supersonic jet generates a high-pressure flow at the point of contact with the skin, opening up microchannels in the epidermis. The pressure difference between the surface and the lower tissues causes deep penetration and transdermal diffusion of the biological substances. Pressure relief closes the microchannels and keeps the active ingredients in the tissues for long-lasting physiological effects.
How does a Jet Peel session work?
Your skin benefits from a medical protocol established at Maison Magnifisens, combining effectiveness and well-being.
1/ Your skin is cleansed and make-up removed.
2/ Lymphatic drainage is performed to eliminate toxins, boost blood and lymphatic exchanges, combat edema and promote a feeling of well-being.
3/ The next step is an exfoliation called bio-peeling or peeling to cleanse the superficial layers of your skin and open up the pores to allow the active ingredients to infuse properly.
4/ Next comes the active ingredient infusion phase: an initial global infusion of an active ingredient, followed by a zone-specific infusion of a selected active ingredient. The active ingredients are chosen at each session according to your skin type (young or mature skin…) and the quality of the areas treated (fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation spots, excess sebum, skin scars…). It’s a truly tailor-made treatment.
5/ The next step is to apply an LED mask for a few minutes. Red or infrared light therapy will reinforce the action of the active products and boost the skin’s revitalization process.
6/ The treatment ends with a relaxing message for the treated area to reinforce the well-being aspect of the treatment.
