The ingredients
- 4 or 5 slices of cucumber (preferably organic)
- – ½ teaspoon of honey
- – 1 tablespoon of fresh cream
The recipe
- – Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices
- – Place the fresh cream and the slices in a blender, blend and add the honey
- – Mix, it’s ready! Spread the mask over your face (except around the eyes)
- – Leave it on for 5 minutes and massage gently with your fingertips
- – Rinse off with clear water

- – Half an avocado
