    The ingredients

    • – 4 or 5 slices of cucumber (preferably organic)
    • – ½ teaspoon honey
    • – 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche

    The recipe

    • – Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices.
    • – Place the crème fraîche and the slices in a blender, blend and add the honey.
    • – Mix it up, and it’s ready!
    • – Spread the mask over your face (except around the eyes).
    • – Leave on for 5 minutes and massage gently in circular motions with your fingertips.
    • – Rinse with clean water.

    • – 2 cubes of watermelon
    • – Half an avocado

    • – Mash the watermelon cubes with half of your avocado using a fork and mix well.
    • – Then apply to your clean face, leave on for 15 minutes and wash off.
