The ingredients
- – 4 or 5 slices of cucumber (preferably organic)
- – ½ teaspoon honey
- – 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche
The recipe
- – Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices.
- – Place the crème fraîche and the slices in a blender, blend and add the honey.
- – Mix it up, and it’s ready!
- – Spread the mask over your face (except around the eyes).
- – Leave on for 5 minutes and massage gently in circular motions with your fingertips.
- – Rinse with clean water.

- – 2 cubes of watermelon
- – Half an avocado
The recipe
- – Mash the watermelon cubes with half of your avocado using a fork and mix well.
- – Then apply to your clean face, leave on for 15 minutes and wash off.
